Introducing Jeff Lasselle

Jeff lasselle speaking

An accomplished operations executive, Jeff has over twenty five years of experience coaching, mentoring, and leading at the Department, Site, and Regional levels. He has been recognized for the ability to create and develop high-performing organizations.

2021 People Leadership Award at Merck KGaA for his steady navigation as the Operations Vice President of the Aldrich Chemical subsidiary throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

2015 Global Safety Award for leading the international deployment of leadership training at Sigma Aldrich for 1200 people-leaders.  The program was widely recognized for favorably impacting safety culture across all regions.

Perhaps the most important ‘awards’ received are notes from previous coachees and team-members, including the one below from a former Operations Supervisor, now a Director level leader:

“You’ve always been one of the people I speak about in regards to an ideal people leader. You always made yourself available, you were empathetic, but you also challenged me whenever I came to you with an issue or opportunity. I’ll never forget how much you taught me over the years. That’s the mark of a true people leader; the ability to teach a new generation of leaders and having those students of leadership using your words to teach others. Thank you for being the leader you are!”
