  • For workshops scheduled for a specific company, the purchase order terms will dictate cancellation and refund ability.

  • Our core programs are designed for in-person delivery. Select modules, coaching sessions, and follow-up activities can be done virtually. Contact us for a more detailed discussion.

    We do not currently offer training videos.

  • We typically work with between 8-20 leaders per cohort to keep sessions interactive and the coaching meaningful.

  • Yes. We tailor scenarios, tools, and emphasis areas to your environment, company, and roles. We often include items such as emphasis on your company values, goals, and priorities as applicable in order to establish a base of common purpose for the cohort.

  • Discovery can begin within 2 weeks. Program start dates depend on the amount of customization necessary, scheduling, and cohort size.

  • Yes. We can customize the schedule to run programs on different shifts or weekends as desired to best accommodate the needs of the individual participants. Let’s discuss your specific needs.
