Course Description

This 4-hour course, conducted in real time will provide participants the knowledge and techniques to create a more inclusive environment.

Topics to be covered in depth include:

  • Understanding inclusion, psychological safety, and unconscious bias.

  • Justification to improve the inclusiveness of the work environment.

  • Overcoming barriers to improved inclusion.

  • Tips and action plans for driving inclusion starting today!

These topics are taught based on current theory and research and then are reinforced with real-life experience and examples.


Outcomes

Deliverable outcomes from the workshop include:

  • Understanding of the benefits of inclusion - to help justify YOUR efforts in this area!

  • Specific knowledge and tips that can be put into action in YOUR workplace immediately to increase inclusivity.

  • Discovery can begin within 2 weeks. Program start dates depend on the amount of customization necessary, scheduling, and cohort size.
