How it Works

1. Assess + Analyze
Any effective leadership development program has to start with assessing the strengths and weaknesses of your team of people-leaders.
We use our unique Leadership Self-Assessment Tool, as well as targeted Audits to determine what competencies, if further developed and deployed, would yield the most impact on desired results.

Using the results of our analysis and assessments, combined with a review of the company objectives and current performance, we can guide you in design of a strong Leadership Development Program

The key tool we use in analyzing the competencies of your people-leaders is our unique Leadership Self-Assessment Tool
When working with corporate partners, we coordinate the Execution of the Self-Assessments through a password protected portal which we design especially for your company. This gives us the ability to ensure that all confidentiality concerns are addressed up front and that we capture all of the participants’ results for you.
The Self-Assessment consists of answering 20 simple questions that focus on the observable behavior of the leader’s team and people leadership skills.
This self-assessment has been developed based on decades of experience and research into what works best to increase measurable performance of a team, solve challenges, and grow in a leadership career!
The 20 questions evaluate each leader’s current performance in seven critical areas of leadership and how effectively they are utilizing the best techniques to drive performance of the team and demonstrate their skill for:

After completing the assessment, each leader will receive a tailored report with customized results showing them specific ways to improve their results quickly and easily.

The individualized results of the Self-Assessments are considered confidential information between Boosting Leadership, LLC and the participant taking the self-assessment.
Without taking further steps to gain sharing permission from the assessed individuals, only an aggregated report can be provided.
As such, Boosting Leadership, LLC will only share the data for individuals if express permission is given or privacy is waived.
Further, Boosting Leadership LLC will only provide aggregated data if a minimum of 10 individuals’ results are included in the analysis.

The Full Access Package includes a special web-page that is set up in advance of individuals taking the assessment. The web-page is customized for your Company / Team and is password protected. The participants will access the Self-Assessment through this webpage, which will include a warning that by proceeding they are granting Boosting Leadership, LLC permission to share their individual data and results with the Company representatives.

In addition to a detailed report analyzing the group’s performance and recommendations for Development content based on the results, you will also receive a spreadsheet that shows how each individual, by name, responded to each question - and the relative merits of that answer.
The data can be useful in designing an individualized approach - such as one-on-one leadership coaching - as part of their development program.
